GRAPHIC FORMATS
Acceptable programs: Photoshop to latest version; Illustrator to latest version; QuarkXpress to version 3.32; CorelDRAW to latest version; Pagemaker to latest version; Microsoft Publisher to latest version.

Note: If your graphics program is not listed above, save the file in a cross platform file format. See "Suitable graphic file formats" below. These cross platform file formats will produce results equivalent to our high end graphic programs.

Microsoft Word & Microsoft Publisher: We have developed the process to convert your MS Word and MS Publisher files to one of our high end, high resolution graphic programs. Once converted, your card output will then be suitable for printing. Make sure that all pictures and graphics in your own card file are from original 300 dpi (dots per inch) graphic files. Submit the complete file, including all fonts utilized in the design of your card.

Suitable graphic file formats: PC or Mac Tiff formats, BMP, PSD Photoshop format, EPS format, Illustrator AI format, Corel CDR format (EPS, AI and CDR formats should be saved with all fonts converted to curves or outlines). For high quality reproduction provide bitmap files at 300 dpi. All processing files must be saved in CMYK mode (not RGB mode). Include with your submission all support files including fonts.

Size of files: If your files are bigger than 5MB, please arrange for delivery of your disk to us as outlined in Mail below.

Bleeds: If your card design includes a bleed, allow 1/8th inch extra trim on all four sides (e.g. instead of 2" x 3 1/2" for a business card, resize your card to 2 1/4" x 3 3/4"). We will trim the card to the proper size later. Also, make sure to leave an inside margin from the cutline of at least 1/8" for text.

Delivering your graphic files to us

DELIVERY OPTIONS
The Delivery Option chosen below for submitting graphic files to us must always include your 5 digit Sales Order Number taken from your online purchase receipt.

E-MAIL: This option utilizes the "attachment" feature in your E-mail program for uploading files. It's the fastest and easiest method for getting your files to us. Make sure that you include your 5 digit Sales Order Number in the Subject Line of your email so that we may reference your file attachment to your purchase. Acceptable file formats that can be uploaded are listed in the GRAPHIC FORMATS section above. E-mail to us your finished or approximate design and we will do the rest. If your graphic format is not listed above, email us the format that you are using and we will get back to you whether or not the format can be converted to a format that will produce results equivalent to our high end graphic programs.

MAIL/COURIER: Mail/courier 3.5" floppy, Zip or Jaz disks, CD ROMs, but we are not limited to just these formats. The graphic programs we prefer are the same as those listed in the GRAPHIC FORMATS section above, but we are not restricted entirely to them......or you can mail/courier us an approximate design or sample card and photos for scanning. Make sure that you include your 5 digit Sales Order Number so that we may reference your file to your purchase.

FAX: Fax us your finished or approximate design and we will do the rest (a sketch or a sample card would be just perfect). Make sure that you include your 5 digit Sales Order Number so that we may reference your fax to your purchase.

DESIGN
Additional services in excess of our standard fee will be quoted to you on the basis of $30 / half hour. Please specify how you would like your card to look.

NOTE: Crocodile full color printing reproduces colors in pleasing color quality. Final output colors should not be compared to video monitors or other output devices as different output devices yield colors in varying degrees of accuracy. Please read our Conditions of the Sale.
